Q, How much does it cost to list a space?
A, All general listings are FREE for 30 days.
Featured listings are £2.50 for 30 days.
(Featured listings will appear highlighted, at the top of the listings on the category page)

Q, What can I list on SpaceSpare.com?
A, Any space that is currently spare, a flat, a room, a parking space, driveways, garages, gardens, unused land, factories, offices, desk space, storage facilities, car pool places, airplane seats, boats, submarines … basically, any space that you want to rent out.

Q, How many times can I list a space?
A, As many as you like as long as they are genuine ads for space to rent, let or buy.

Q, How do I list a space?
A, Sign up, sign in, click ‘List your space‘, complete the required info and you’re away. Your post will instantly appear on the site, be posted to our Facebook page and Twittered!

Q, How many images can I upload?
A, As many as you need to in GIF, JPG or PNG formats. Just make sure each image is less than 1mb in size.

Q, How do I embed a GoogleMap?
A, Enter as much of the location details as you can (on the ‘list your space‘ form), street, postcode etc. This will then automatically generate the map within your listing.

Q, Can I edit/ pause a listing?
A, Once logged in, access the options panel (top of the page) and then click the ‘My Dashboard‘ link. You’ll then see a full list of all your submitted listings which you can then pause, edit or view your listings.

Q, Do you use Twitter?
A, Yup. Every time a post is made it’s tweeted up – follow us @spacespare

Q, Do you use Facebook?
A, But of course! We like to think of SpaceSpare as a social application and each time an ad is placed it automatically updates our Facebook page so why not become a fan!
